These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website and the products and services offered by LOCK-IN ("we," "us," or "our"), including any purchase you make through the site. By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped. We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions, and we do not store your full payment card details.

Right to Cancel a Transaction

You may cancel an order or a completed purchase in accordance with applicable consumer protection law, including, where applicable, the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, which generally allows a consumer to cancel a purchase within 14 days of the date of purchase or receipt of the product (whichever is later), subject to the exceptions and conditions set out in that law. To cancel an order, contact us at support@la-ventra.com with your order number as soon as possible. Where an order has already shipped, cancellation will be treated as a return and is subject to our Refund Policy, which in most cases gives you longer than the statutory minimum to decide (30 days from delivery). Some cancellation requests may be subject to a reasonable deduction to cover any decrease in the value of the product resulting from use, to the extent permitted by law.

Returns, Refunds, and Product Warranty

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us at support@la-ventra.com within a reasonable time of discovering the issue, and in any event within the timeframe set out in our Refund Policy. Where a product is found to be defective, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection law. We may ask for photos or other reasonable evidence of the defect, and, where applicable, the return of the product, before processing a repair, replacement, or refund. This section does not limit any warranty or remedy you are entitled to under applicable law that cannot be excluded or limited.
